Meet The Team

Mark Groble

Team Lead. Mark has sold Real Estate full time since 2001. He has a BA in Communications from SIU and has been with Team GT since it's inception. He started as the G in GT Realty, an independent brokerage in Homewood, that came to the Century 21 Affiliated Franchise to operate as a team. Mark has personally sold over 2,500 houses and relishes in the satisfaction of seeing his buyer or seller realize their goals! He holds every member of the team to his 6 Core Pillars of Service: Honesty, Truthfulness, Fairness, Diversity, Inclusion, and Tenacity. Mark believes the head of any organization must be willing to do any of the jobs required, no matter how menial, and be able to set an example through actions. In addition to making himself available to clients at any time, he also makes himself available to his entire team and mentors the new Brokers. In 2017 he partnered with Growing Home, an Urban Farm/Job Training Program in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, to sponsor 2 of their past graduates to obtain Real Estate Licenses. When not working Mark fulfills his passion for music playing in a couple bands and also enjoys cooking wholesome healthy foods from scratch.

Vance Catlin

Senior Broker. Vance has sold Real Estate since 1983. He has a BS in Accounting from The University of Chicago and worked 23 years in a local municipality Auditor's Office completing financial & compliance audits on Community Block Grants. He was also Supervisor of Auditing Revenue and spent 4 years as Director of Accounting at a local Hospital. Vance has Commercial Real Estate experience and has worked with Community Organizations, Mayors, and Aldermen to see projects through to completion. He had a successful heart transplant in 2018 and is now facing life with renewed energy and youthful vitality. His drive to succeed and desire to see his clients reach their goals keeps Vance pushing forward. Vance joined the Team when it was GT Realty in Homewood, and continues to be a key Broker helping both Buyers and Sellers as well as handling our Commercial Clients. Vance is an avid Bowler and enjoys spending time with his Wife, Children, and Grandchildren when he isn't working.

Myles Conger

Office Manager. Myles is a Manager Extraordinaire. He has a BBA from ISU. He started at GT Realty in 2010 to fill a position that required him to do one task all day. Since then, he has worked every single position in the office and then worked up to managing the office. We believe Myles' baseball experience (which he still plays!) has set him up to be an all around clutch member of the Team. He constantly receives compliments from our clients and our brokers as to how helpful he is and how he does a fantastic job solving problems and addressing issues. Team GT is lucky to have his support and assistance. Myles plays baseball and basketball and he umpires baseball games and teaches kids at baseball clinics.

Teresa Ambers

Teresa joined Team GT in 2015 to take over our accounting department. She has a BS in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University and has a passion for numbers as well as an interest in Real Estate. Some day she may take on getting a Real Estate Brokers licence, but right now she's happy running the teams A/R and A/P, which at times can be a handful! She conquers all challenges in front of her, and it's no wonder she holds her own in basketball games with her husband. The team wouldn't function as it does without Teresa's meticulous skill and expertise.

Chris Dignan

Chris came to Team GT in 2015 and became licensed in early 2018! Chris draws on his unique and diverse skills and experiences for his Real Estate work. He has been successful by being proactive and giving his client 110% efforts to give them the best possible position (with a joke or two). Chris is a former animal trainer and has worked with, among other critters, dolphins, whales, sea lions and dogs! Chris honed his awesome customer service skills by working at the Shedd Aquarium, Virginia Aquarium and Marineland of Florida. In 2008, Chris founded an organization that used trained dogs in shows to help raise awareness for homeless animals while highlighting the importance of positive training methods. The show, Life's Ruff, was an actual canine game show that received national attention in 2009 with a spot on NBC Nightly news! Most recently, Chris has dedicated his time to being a stay-at home dad to his two girls! Other stuff: Navy Vet, Craft Entrepreneur, College Grad. Chris loves talking about real estate but can answer a ton of questions about training and behavior if you have them!

LeRoi Catlin

LeRoi obtained his Real Estate Broker's License and joined Team GT in 2018. He has a BS in Computer Information Systems from ISU and has held many Project Management positions, which gives him a perfect foundation to succeed with Real Estate Transactions. LeRoi is Co-Founder/President of Fresh Vision Group, Inc. a 501 c3 non-profit organizaion focused on creating social programs for marginalized, disenfranchised, and underrepresented community groups through the City of Chicago. LeRoi is committed to connecting individuals and groups with resources, agencies, and events that promote the social health and well-being of the community. This caring and helping spirit has us very excited to have LeRoi on the team and we believe he is a perfect fit for our culture and mission.
